A School in Gloucester is looking to employ a Nursery Assistant for September 2009 on a long term basis. For this post you would require to have at least a NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and be happy to work in the Nursery class assisting the Teacher and Nursery Nurses in the education of the pupils.

Duties will include:
• To care for the general Welfare of the children, especially when unwell or require First Aid.
• Assist children in gaining independence with in the class and playground environment.
• Assisting in Settling in new children.
• Working with individuals and groups during the day, actively supporting their learning experiences.
• To encourage and help children to play.
• To supervise Playground activities.

The successful applicant MUST have:
• NVQ level 3/CACHE level 3/Diploma in Children's services
