We are looking for a consultant to join our expanding team.

Working as part of a local independent business you will have daily contact with an enthusiastic fast paced team whilst being responsible for your own workload. Working for a small company you will have the opportunity to make a big impact!

Main responsibilities to include:

Managing your own permanent recruitment desk.
Carrying out business to business telesales calls.
Interviewing and assessing candidates on skills and personality.
Maintaining client relationships with face to face meetings and client events.
Working to targets in a commission based role.

Key skills and attributes necessary:

Business to business sales experience
High level of customer service standards
Strong desire to succeed
A genuine interest in people is a must
Ability to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment
Must be self motivated and driven by success
Able to work as part of a team
