The Ragged Cot is looking for a temporary Sous Chef to fill a position in this busy period. Immediate start. It will be available until we fill the full time position.

The position will fill three 8 hour shifts per week, although this is flexible. You will invoice us for your hours and be paid cash. It will be up to you to declare your own tax and NI.

This position will suit any chef currently between jobs, new to the area or looking for a bit or extra cash.
