An opportunity has arisen for a customer service representative with fluency in German and another European language. The customer service area is located within the supply chain department, where you will work within a small, friendly team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to both external and internal customers, along with error free reporting and invoicing. This role is a proactive role you will spend a great deal of time speaking to clients solving their problems, building and maintaining strong relations.
This is a complex, rewarding position and requires someone who is able to understand the technology and processes in place and who speaks German with another European language such as Spanish, French or Italian with a background in customer service supply chain or telesales. Good systems skills with some knowledge of using a SAP system will also be an advantage.
