Head Chef – The Snooty Fox, Tetbury
£30,000 OTE
Including good basic and performance pay ongoing training and development, discounted dining and overnight stays at other company properties, meals on duty, great staff parties.

The JOB:
A fantastic rare opportunity to lead the kitchen at one of the Cotswolds most famous hostelries.

You will have overall responsibility for the effective, safe and profitable operation of food production for the famous Snooty Fox. You will be passionate about producing food to a minimum 2 rosette standard across all services and nothing less will be acceptable to you.

“The Snoots” has a 60 cover informal restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days per week and what is regarded as the best bar in town. Additionally a private dining/function room can accommodate a further 20 covers. 12 individually styled ensuite bedrooms including four-poster and special feature rooms complete the picture.

You will have experience of food production to a minimum AA 2 rosette standard with excellent references confirming your ability to produce food to a 2 rosette standard, manage and retain a brigade and control costs. You will hold a recognised food hygiene qualification to at least intermediate level. You must provide proof of the right to live and work in the UK.
Fresh, recognisable, british, modern, simple, taste are the key words.
