An excellent opportunity for a RGN Team Leader to join a national organisation based in the beautiful countryside of South Gloucestershire. The home has excellent standards and a friendly environment, for a RGN that would like to work in a great setting.

As the Team Leader RGN, you will be working alongside the manager and the nursing team to exercise a high quality of care to the residents. Participating in the formulation of individual care plans, their operation and evaluation. As RGN team leader communicate effectively with relatives and other visitors to the home. Delegation of duties and organise routine for care assistants/domestic staff. Keep all recording systems up to date as necessary and any other duties that may, from time to time, contribute towards the smooth and efficient running of the home.
