Cdp Pastry negotiable Cotswolds
Quality CDP required for this fabulous and well known hotel, restaurant and brasserie in the heart of the Cotswolds. Pastry knowledge is essential. The brigade use only fresh local produce and need the incoming CDP to have solid experience and a checkable history in the same environment.
The Head Chef believes strongly in training and they will assist you with the administrative side of the business and bring you up to scratch so you can then easily move into a more senior role when one becomes available.
Candidates must be extremely passionate about food, enjoy leading and innovating and be able to cope with the obvious demands of the business and this kind of busy environment. Everything is made on site and your role will obviously involve producing all the desserts, pastry, ice cream, bread etc.
Accommodation is available in a staff house a short walk from the property, cost is about 70pw. Tips are paid in cash whenever there is a decent amount to pay out, normally around 30-50 per week depending on the season. Salary for these roles are negotiable up to £16.5k plus the tips.
