A tour operator specializing in group tours and short breaks are currently recruiting for two Reservationist Sales Executives.

As a Reservationist, you'll deal with customers, both B2B and B2C, over the telephone to take reservations and bookings. You'll be the first point of contact when they are interested in making a reservation, so you'll need to have good communication skills, the ability to build rapport over the telephone, up sell, negotiate and perform administration tasks.
Key responsibilities
• dealing with new and existing customers over the telephone
• taking and inputting reservations
• negotiating rates
• upselling
• Managing your ‘call back’ diary and ensuring you provide an excellent customer service
What skills do I need?
• Excellent telephone skills: these are important as you'll largely be dealing with customers over the phone
• Good communication skills
• Previous sales experience
• Proactive and hard working
To be successful, you'll need to enjoy working with the public. You should be comfortable using the telephone as most of your dealings will be done over the phone. You'll need to be confident in your negotiating and sales skills, as upselling key part of this role.

Part time – 4 days per week, including Saturday and Sunday.
Temporary to permanent
£7 p/hr + commission and other benefits including cheap holidays!
