Trainee Assistant Manager & Commis Chef

COMMIS CHEF - an ambitious and creative individual is required to complement our hard working kitchen brigade which focuses on maintaining high standards. Must be organized and efficient, willing to assist the chef in all areas and have a kitchen background, training provided on all dishes.
TRAINEE ASSISTANT MANAGER - A friendly, enthusiastic, customer focused person who enjoys providing the best service possible, full training is provided. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn the ropes and be our trainee assistant manager, someone who will achieve the skills of all roles in the hotel and understand customer excellence as well as assist the managers with certain tasks.

In return for your commitment and hard work we will offer you a generous salary plus live in accommodation, at a small charge, and a good fun and friendly working environment.
