A rapidly expanding property investment company is looking for door to door field sales agents to help expand their property portfolio!
You will be working in an area of Worcester set by us where we are looking to purchase more property.
Your aim will be to chat to people that are thinking about (or are already) selling their house, build rapport and provisionally agree a price at which to buy their property. Our criteria for purchasing property is that the property needs to be at least 25% below market value.
The ideal candidates will need to be outgoing, friendly, confident with excellent people skills. Some initial training will be given. You will be employed on a self employed basis and paid on completion of sale on a property where the lead and price has been agreed by you. We will pay you £50 per £1000 in equity you negotiate. E.g.
If a property would retail at £100,000 and you agree a £75,000 purchase price your commission would be £1250.
