The Hare & Hounds Hotel is a busy operation consisting of restaurant, brassiere and conference and banqueting functions.

Following extensive refurbishment we are looking to develop our fine dining restaurant and to gain rosettes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a large operation and developing the skills of the brigade.

A stable background and rosette experience is essential.

Applicants will be working straight and split shifts over 5 days.

Limited live in accommodation available.

In line with the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK, without restrictions. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required.
