Revolution Cheltenham is recruiting for a Commis Chef to join our compact Kitchen Team. We are looking for candidates driven to perform 30-40 hour weeks with shifts ranging from 9am to 10pm. Flexibility is an essential prerequisite and shifts will be concentrated around our peak periods such as weekends.
All applicants are expected to deliver high food quality to specifications and deliver food within a 15-minute promise. We demand that our food is treated with care and offer an innovative quarterly, seasonal menu created on site from fresh produce.
Knowledge of COSSH & Basic Food Hygiene is preferred but training will be available on-site.
We expect all candidates to hold a clean as you go attitude and be diligent in all hygiene procedures and documentation. Applicants are expected to provide a CV and references
