As a leading Independent agency with 16 branches across the North and South of England and Wales, we are seeking an extremely determined, results focused individual to join our local branch.

Not to be confused with a career in HR, Recruitment is actually a very different role. Recruitment is actually a fast paced sales role in which you will need superb organisational skills to juggle a mix of telesales, account management, resourcing, interviewing, payroll, administration and field sales activities! You will certainly never get bored!

The ideal candidate will have a persuasive nature with a proven background of ‘not giving up’! Successful Recruiters come from a variety of backgrounds therefore whether you are a graduate, a credit controller, a telesales exec, a driver or warehouse supervisor, you will enjoy the challenge of working with a whole mix of people in a competitive industry.
