Head Chef required, perhaps this would be your first kitchen and you are
currently an experienced second chef waiting for your big break or already
running your own kitchen and wanting to spread your wings and try
something new.

In either event you should have experience writing menus, are able to work
within budgets and work towards attainable G.P.s, you’re able to run a small
team and keep a clean and tidy kitchen.

Qualifications are an advantage but a proven track record within the industry
more so you must of course have the relevant certification to enable you to
work within a kitchen.
