Chef de Partie. Gateway Personnel are recruiting a Chef de Partie for our clients 2AA Rosette awarded hotel in Oxfordshire. The hotel has a fine dining restaurant , brasserie,conference and banqueting. The hotel also has a strong wedding business.

Job Description

You will work to maintain 2AA Rosette standards in the restaurant and maintain high standards for the brasserie and C&B. This is a small brigade of 8 chefs so you must be a team player and able to assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the management of the kitchen. You will be able to work on all sections of the kitchen and some pastry experience is valuable but not essential.

Experience

You will already be working as a Chef de Partie, rosette experience is highly regarded but knowledge of working with all fresh food in a quality environment is equally important. NVQ Level 2 qualified in Professional Cookery or equivalent is expected together with a recent hygiene certificate. Your CV must show a steady and progressive work record.
