Chef de Partie / Gloucestershire / Modern British Dining / £18k to £20k

We're looking for a Chef de Partie for our long standing client who owns and runs a Modern European food lead Inn, set is the heart of the Cotswold countryside. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a fresh and contemporary restaurant that has local, seasonal food at the heart of its business.

The chef patron spent a large part of his career in London where he worked along side the UK's leading chefs. He then went on to gain an excellent reputation for his own restaurant operations in South West London.

We're looking for candidates at either Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie level. To apply you must have solid experience in multi rosette standard kitchens and you must be passionate about cooking fine food. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, food lead kitchen and to benefit from working under a skilled and friendly Head Chef.

Salary is c£18k to £20k
