Enthusiastic dedicated individual required to join the Hotel as a commis waiter. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will have responsibility for mis-en-place and preparation of Restaurant.

Duties include serving of food during breakfast, lunch and dinner and other duties as requested by the Restaurant Manager.

Applicants should have Immaculate personal grooming * Excellent attention to detail * Excellent customer care skills.* Split shifts required, 5 splits, 2 days off. We are looking for people with positive attitude, no experience needed, 100% training provided.

Salary begins at £12,000, Uniform will be provided and free dry cleaning. 28 days paid holiday per annum or pro-rata (including 8 Bank Holidays).

This position has great career prospects. Full training will be given if you have a desire to succeed in the Hospitality industry. The Hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment and the restaurant is aiming to achieve its first Michelin star within six months.
