Our client is looking for a talented sous chef with a rosette background to join the team at their stylish, 10 bedroomed hotel.

The restaurant uses local suppliers and serves traditional English food. The head chef and his brigade prepare all meals fresh and to order, so experience in preparation of fresh food is required.

The ideal candidate must be experienced with a rosette background.

Salary £21,000 per annum.
Accomadation is availiable at a small cost.
