Towngate Personnel are currently recruiting a Relief Chef de Partie for their client, situated in Cheltenham.

Our client is a 4 star hotel - part of a nationwide chain of hotels, with a brigade of 4 chefs. You should expect to cater for an average of 100 covers at breakfast, 200 covers for banqueting, and an average of 50-60 covers at dinner service.

The assignment will be ongoing until a permanent chef has been recruited, and the successful candidate must be available to start on Monday. Unfortunately accommodation is NOT available; therefore all candidates applying must be able to commute to the hotel on a daily basis. You should expect to work 40 hours or more each week, and must have your own whites and knives as well as holding a valid food hygiene certificate.
