A specialist Gloucestershire school are looking for a Teaching Assistant to provide support for pupils with learning difficulties and severe behaviour issues.
 
The school are looking for a team player with good communication skills and an ability to work in close partnership with a multi-disciplined team of professionals. The ability to take initiative and work with flexibility is essential.
 
The successful candidate will need referencable experience with special needs pupils in a specialist setting, pupil referral unit or equivalent. It is essential to have excellent communication skills in order to have a good working relationship with pupils, teachers and parents. You will need to have very good behaviour management skills and be prepared to give your time and skills on a flexible basis.
 
You will have:

- The ability to work in close partnership with a multi-disciplined team of professionals

- Desire to improve outcomes for troubled children and inspire to reach their full potential
