Leading South West law firm, Rickerbys LLP, has a full time three month fixed term paralegal position in their Residential Property Department. To apply for this role you must have some experience of running a conveyancing caseload and working within a case management system. In addition you will also have experience of file opening, conducting local searches, chasing documents from seller's solicitors and agents, dealing with mortgage offers and completions, as well as dealing with telephone enquiries and general administration tasks. Excellent client contact skills is essential as this role requires direct contact with clients, other solicitors and estate agents.

The salary for this position is between £13,000 - £18,000 depending upon experience. Ideally we would like the successful candidate to start as soon as possible.
