Mechanical Contract Manager, Building Services, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, HVAC



Our client is a successful design and build contactor who is involved with a number of different public sector frameworks within the Department of Environment, health and local authorities providing M&E small works and capital projects up to the value of £2.5m.   Along with this core public sector business mix the client also works closely in partnership with a select number of main contractors locally.

Currently the client is seeking a mechanical contract manager to join the team.  If you have a background in mechanical contract management within Building Services I would like to discuss the role further with you.  Applicants are prefered to have worked for a reputable design and build contractor with a focus on heating and ventilation rather than having full expertise on air conditioning alone.  Industry experience is key as is the ability to run a project from cradle to grave.
