THE ROLE
As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for a high quality of service by developing, motivating and managing a well trained, customer-orientated team.
The Restaurant Manager has overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant ensuring that every customer receives a high quality of service and that all brand standards are adhered to.
THE PERSON
To maintain our high standards as Restaurant Manager you will need to have a strong management background focusing on development, both team and Management, P&L experience, stock and labour management and an understanding of the industry and our competitors but most of all an unquestionable drive and ambition with the enthusiasm to learn and develop.
