My client is a deluxe property with outstanding facilities including an ‘a la carte’ menu, a VIP guest list and a fantastic reputation. They are recruiting for a Head Waiter who has gained very good recent experience within a rosetted 4 or 5 star hotel/country house hotel.

This role would suit a dynamic candidate able to supervise a team to exceed expectations. The responsibilities include: training staff, set up/close down of the restaurants, overseeing service and ensuring that all guests receive 5 star customer service.

The successful head waiter will have very good food/beverage knowledge and be committed to a long term career within restaurant operations.

Salary £16000 + excellent tips. Live in accommodation is available if required. Staff benefits include all meals while on duty, use of the gym, career development and training, generous holiday allowances and pension schemes. It would be of benefit if you had your own transport.
