There are shops and takeaways only a short walk from the house as well as a pub. The house is located in a quiet residential area and the parking does not require a permit.

The room is a double and I am asking £350pcm. The room comes furnished and include digital tv points and wireless broadband. The rent includes utility bills, council tax and internet.
