A family house with room to share!. It is a comfortably furnished house with modern features.We have available a comfortable single room, we also have a double room which has a En-Suit bathroom and Dressing room available too. The house has: modern kitchen; Ample space and facilities, patio / garden area and ample parking. Low security deposit, all bills included . The other house mate are 2 guy's 17 yrs and 23 yrs. One student and one professional as well as myself. We also have two dogs living with us, they do have restricted movement within the house, so are not a problem, they are a black Lab and a small Schnauzer.
