Assistant Restaurant Manager / Multi Rosette Restaurant / Gloucestershire / to£19k plus Tips / Accommodation Available

Assistant Restaurant Manager required for multi rosette restaurant offering the finest of Modern British cuisine. We are looking for an experienced front of house leader with excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for service and high standards.

The kitchen makes everything from scratch, including breads, ice creams and biscuits, using the very best locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, so applicants will need to be passionate about fine fresh seasonal food.

We are looking for applicants with experience to at least Restaurant Supervisor or above in a high quality service lead restaurant operation.

The salary is up to £19,000 plus Tips and accommodation can be provided if required.
