The Role
They are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager for successful, buzzing and fast pace restaurant in Cheltenham. They love people who are going to inject both passion and energy into the business. People management skills are essential for an Assistant Manager with this group as you will be working closely with and supporting the General Manager. The Assistant Manager with be responsible for the Front Of House staff, their training and their development.
They have an ambitious opening schedule so if progression is something that is important to you there will be a number of opportunities available to you.

The Person
The successful candidate for this Assistant Manager vacancy will have a good ‘foodie’ background and passion for the industry and the challenges it presents. A presence on the floor is essential as you will be the face of the business and will be a strong leader for the team and your enthusiasm will be infectious
