Chef de Rang required for multi Rosette Restaurant offering the finest of Modern British cuisine. We are looking for an experienced front of house team player with excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for service and high standards.

The ideal candidate must be well presented with a good head for numbers and the ability to work well when under pressure. Applicants will need to demonstrate a good knowledge of fine wines and fine foods, along with a dedication to customer care and satisfaction.

This is a real hands-on role whereby the successful candidate will really make all the difference when it comes to the clientele's experience as the standards expected are of the highest order.

In order to be considered candidates will need to have worked in a similar top quality establishment whereby going the extra mile goes without saying. The salary is up to £16,000 plus Tips and accommodation can be provided if required.
