Fitness Instructor required for permanent opportunity with prestigious country house hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this established and respected award-winning hotel and spa complex. This role will focus on a proactive approach to client interaction and assisting the fitness manager in the smooth running of the fitness department. Specific duties include:

1. Instructing regular fitness classes
2. Offer personal training
3. Provide gym inductions
4. Conduct client health assessments
5. Complete daily water quality tests of pool and hot tub
6. Promote other aspects of the business as appropriate
7. Weekly facility maintenance

Candidates for this role must possess the following:

1. Gym instructor level 2 - this is essential
2. Exercise to music/aerobics qualification essential
3. Personal training qualification level 3 desirable
4. Relevant industry experience
5. Pro-active approach to work duties

In addition to the above skills you will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, a confident manner and a positive outlook. You must be able to motivate and encourage clients and be committed to working with them to achieve goals.

This role will be working in the spa area of the hotel on a shift pattern, and due to its location, candidates must have their own transport.

Salary £14-16k (plus personal training commissions) dependent upon experience.
