Head chef - Gastro Pub, Cotswolds, £30,000+ tips, live-in available

Head Chef required for the re opening of a Gastro pub situated in the lovely village of Moreton in Marsh in the Cotswolds. Having recently under gone a £300,000 refurbishment, this gastro pub is part of a highly successful group of similar food led operations. The menu is written using the best seasonal local produce available and will have a regular changing specials board. Successful Head Chefs will come from a fresh food background with volume experience of cooking for up to 120 covers per service, this will be a hands-on position in a fast paced environment and will require a strong supervisor and an individual who can work under pressure.



As Head Chef you would be in charge of a team of up to 6 chefs and 2 KP's, working under the guidance of the group Exec Head Chef who writes the main core of the menu, the successful Head Chef would have complete control of the specials board. The ideal Head Chef for this role would be a proven Sous Chef looking for their first Head Chef role or a proven Head Chef looking for a new opportunity.

Full on the job training will be given to ensure further development and training needs are met, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career and gain the all important first Head Chef role. Live in accommodation is available on either a short or long term basis
