We are a company based in the South West who are currently looking for results driven, Independent Pub Managers, who are honest, reliable and looking to join a growing pub management company with a strong and exciting future.

We are currently finalising negotiations with national pub companies and we are looking for like minded publicans who want to get paid on results.

We are offering managers 15% commission on net wet sales and up to 22% on net food sales with extra bonus’s for accurate stocks and increases in turnover.

Whilst you have the backing of a great team you can earn the right to be independent on decision making concerning the operation of the pub as if you owned it yourself and one day maybe you could with the right drive and direction.

We look upon ourselves as your partners and giving you the tools and the opportunity to make the pub a success is our job.

All we want in return is success, well controlled banking & stocks, honesty & integrity with your dealings with us, our suppliers and your customers

For those of you with less experience but have the will to do it, we have a fully operating public house / restaurant where you can come and work with our staff, we will advise you on customer service, cellar management and control, till and cash balancing, kitchen duties (if applicable) and it’s operational requirements such as food and safety hygiene.

You give us your time for 3 days and we will give you the basic knowledge and confidence of the landlord or landlady you have always wanted to be, running your own pub successfully with our continued support.

There is no charge for the experience, but Bed and breakfast is supplied @ £55 per double room per night.
