The rent is £37 per week, which does not include electricity, phone or council tax bills. (These are your responsibility). There is a communal toilet on site. The unit does have a working internet connection however it will be your responsibility to contact the provider and have it connected in your name.
The unit is situated on an ex-working farm and makes a lovely location amongst a few other small businesses. 20 mins to Cheltenham Town Centre.
Rent is payable in advance and can be paid monthly or quarterly depending on what suits you and your business best.
