We are a busy wine and spirit merchant that also offers wines by the glass and food. We operate a busy bistro on weekends with a full bistro menu for up to 25 covers at any one time and a full sunday lunch menu and a simple lunch menu throughout the week to complement the wines that we sell.

Looking for full-time chef and part-time chefs to cover all shifts to manage kitchen, plan menus and prepare food.

Must have experience and references.
