Food and Beverage Manager with Deputy GM responsibilities - Gloucestershire - 31k

Our client is a leading hotel group with properties across the UK. This hotel is located in Gloucestershire close to the M5 and consists of 100+ bedrooms and a very large food/beverage and conference/events operation.The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the food and beverage department with the support of two assistant managers and a large team.

The food and beverage manager will also deputise for the General Manager in their absence. The successful candidate must be already working at Food and Beverage Manager level and be looking for progression to DGM level. Candidates must have a proven ability in a quality and volume led environment and have good experience in conference and events operations.
