We are looking for a experienced corporate events coordinator to manage enquiries, and organisation of conference and events within this award winning hotel in Gloucestershire.
As corporate events co-ordinator, your responsibilities will include assisting clients with the planning and execution of events.
You will provide them with administration and business service support, and ensure that all customer needs and requirements are fulfilled.
You will be a key contact to the clients, so will have a diverse role, including actioning last minute changes/requests, ensuring that all heads of departments are notified.
Ensuring the smooth running of each function, you will be a professional with at least 2 years hotel experience, with outstanding communication and organisational skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service delivery.
You will have good IT literacy and the ability to multi task effectively and calmly, under pressure. Stunning hotel with fantastic training and development. Salary £18k-£20k+ benefits.
Own car essential, due to location.
