Telesales Staff
This small, but developing company is looking to expand the team and is looking for Telesales Staff to work at this business near Gloucester. This is an excellent Telesales job, based near Gloucester with good opportunities to increase your income. You will work within a small team and be responsible for your own workload.
This is a permanent, full time position with a base salary of £15,000 per annum, but with the opportunity to increase this salary to between £30 - £35,000 p/a OTE. 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 9 - 5pm. Due to location, it may suit a driver better, although there is a bus route from Gloucester centre, with a 10-15 minute walk at the other end.
Duties include:
· Generating leads
· Business to Business Telesales
· Confirming appointments
SKILLS
Must be able to:
· Generate and develop leads from cold and warm calls
· Negotiate and close sales calls
· Build rapport with potential clients
Must have:
· Business to business telesales experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Good administrative & IT skills
