Legal Cashier job, Herefordshire. A Legal Cashier job in Herefordshire where you will be  maintaining the ledgers to solicitors rules using their own legal software, this will be an opportunity to assume an important role within the business. Duties include:

Running Purchase Ledger - input of data

Entering fee invoices

Checking delivery notes against invoices

Compiling VAT returns

Prepare cheque payments to creditors

Update legal accounts

Produce monthly and Year reports including trial balance, P & L & Year End reports.

Reconciliations

Experience in such as role is necessary, this is an immediate start for the right person as well as this the organisation will also consider a person looking for a temporary role of 4 week s minimum.
