Overview
My client is a prestigious hotel located in the wonderful Gloucestershire countryside, seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their team.

Fantastic opportunity for ..
A Sous Chef looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to raise the profile of the highly starred rosette estblishment.
This position is only available to relocation of the current Sous Chef.

Job Description
You will be in charge of a fairly large brigade and have experience within a 2/3 Rosette kitchen and have stable work history.
Be fully aware of Health and Safety and able to easily delegate tasks to the Chef de Parties and the Pastry and Larder sections.
Previous training and coaching is an essential skill to possess in this role as the standards of this hotel are always looking to increase.

Required Experience
You must have at least 2/3 years Sous Chef level experience and also have a strong Rosette background,

Salary and Benefits
For the right person my client will pay around £26,000 per annum and live in accommodation is also available.
