I am looking for a strong head chef who comes from a fine dining pub background at rosette level and above. We are listed in many guide books and eating out guides and have an excellent reputation for our food.

I want a chef who is hungry for success, cooks everything from scratch and also has good butchery skills to utilise whole meats. All stocks, ice creams, breads etc to be made from fresh.

I am offering a good salary for the right person and the position is to start within 4 weeks. If you feel you have the skills and are a step above the rest then I want to hear from you.
