Our client is a privately owned country house set in acres of private grounds. They are looking to recruit talented Commis Chef and Chef De Partie.

The strong brigade here are cooking to a rosette standard and need another experienced chef who is career minded and dedicated.

The Role

Assist the Head Chef
Look after 1 or more sections
Uphold and maintain the Health & Hygiene practices
Supervise and train junior members of staff.

Salary for Chef de Partie is £15,000 per annum and for Commis Chef £13,000 per annum. Immediate start available for the right candidates. Live in accommodation is available.
