PULSE Scientific are looking for a HACCP specialist to join a major independent food research organisation.

Principle responsibilities will include:
- To provide HACCP training courses for basic, intermediate and advanced levels
- To prepare, perform and write-up audits in line with HACCP certification
- To act as main point of contact to advise on HACCP issues
- Contribute to the development of new initiatives to promote the HACCP business

The successful applicant will possess excellent verbal skills to have the ability to train others in HACCP at all levels, as well as audit preparation and reports.

Suitable applicants should possess:
- A degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Presentation and Training skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Full driving licence

Salary £19,000 - £25,000
Plus benefits of 24 days holidays, pension scheme and contributions to private medical insurance
