Junior Sous Chef required for this successful, rural hotel near Shrewsbury. The Head Chef is looking to expand his brigade to cope with increasing business levels and you will be working alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will assist with all aspects of the running of the kitchen.

Job description:

* Support the Head and Sous Chef in the running of the kitchen

* Help maintain the highest quality of food preparation

* Maintain the highest hygiene standards

*To train and develop junior chefs in the brigade

Experience required:

* Must have experience of working as a Chef de Partie

The role will involve working some straight and some split shifts and 5 out of 7 days.

Live in accommodation is available if required.
