Branch Manager

We have over 4,000 fantastic people working for us in a variety of roles and locations, each of them helping to keep us highly profitable and running like clockwork. It's their aim and ours to find the best deals from a panel of top insurers for our customers.

While your primary focus will be on the management, coaching and daily activities of your branch team, you'll be playing an equally important role in moving us forward by enhancing awareness of our brands and, in liaison with your Area Manager, developing innovative sales strategies to improve key areas of the business.

Along with product knowledge and a broad understanding of the insurance market, you'll need solid management or supervisory experience, gained ideally within a brokerage or call centre.

Whatever your background, you must have a flexible, hands-on approach, excellent mentoring and motivational skills, and the ability to identify then address team training and development needs.
