My client is a prestigious hotel located in the wonderful Gloucestershire countryside, seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their team and drive productivity forward.

The Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to raise the profile of the highly starred rosette estblishment.
This position is only available to to new opportunites arising within the kitchen.

Job Description
You will be in charge of a fairly large brigade and have experience within a 2/3 Rosette kitchen and have stable work history.
Be fully aware of Health and Safety and able to easily delegate tasks to the Commis Chefs,Demi Chef de Parties and Kitchen Porters and the ensure smooth running of their section/s
Previous training and coaching is an essential skill to possess in this role as the standards of this hotel are always looking to increase.

Required Experience
You must have at least 2/3 years Chef de Partie level experience and also have a strong Rosette background,

Salary and Benefits
For the right person my client will pay around £17,000 per annum and live in accomodation is also available.
