A 4 star, rosette manor house is looking to recruit an experienced pastry chef. Duties will include making breads, pastries, wedding cakes, chocolates and ice creams on a daily basis.
The manor has over 70 bedrooms and a rosette restaurant that uses only the finest, freshest ingredients, sourced locally wherever possible. Also catering for weddings and functions up to 250 people this is an excellent career move and offers an excellent benefits package along with excellent staff benefits.
The position is available from the end of October, you should have a background within 4 or 5 star hotels and have worked as a pastry chef for a minimum of 3 years. This position is based just outside of Aylesbury.
