Chef de Partie
We have an exciting and challenging role based at this beautiful, rural hotel. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in a similar role and will have ideally worked their way from a Commis Chef to Chef de Partie.
City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ level 1-3 qualifications would be desirable together with some practical, work based experience.
The following skills and experience are also required:
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to deliver quality food to tight timescales
* A passion for high standards and quality food
* A flexible attitude and approach to the business
* A desire to be successful
* The ability to train, develop and motivate junior staff to reach high standards
* Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
The operation revolves around straight and split shifts, working 5 days out of 7 but requires flexibility to meet the demands of the business.
This position is immediately available and does come with live in accommodation if required.
