Do you have experience in Windows Desktops? Are you looking for an interesting / varied role with future career progression? 2nd Line IT Support Engineer required in Cheltenham paying £22 - £25k.

You will provide day to day support for the IT Infrastructure ensuring you provide knowledge in supporting servers, desktops, laptops within a Windows 2003 AD Network. You will provide a lot of client facing support and will do a lot of staff hand holding.

You will have to deal with all levels of people throughout so communication skills and personality fit are key for this role. Excellent time management is essential to ensure support for the area you will be covering as most of the time you will be on your own, you will have full support from the Network and Systems Engineer team.

- Exchange
- TCP/IP
- LAN

This role is based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and salary is circa £22 - £25k + 25 days holiday and other benefits including Microsoft Certifications.
