The ideal person must be experienced in horse care and able to cover days off and holidays for the head groom, you must also be willing to assist with the preperation of the ponies and horses for events and assist with teaching or riding out with the younger members of the family. The houseperson aspect of the role will include assisting with the upkeep of the family home and grounds, including security and care of domestic pets.
