A fine-dining, 2 rosette, a la carte hotel restaurant in Gloucestershire are looking for a Commis Chef to assist in all areas of the kitchen and further strengthen the brigade.

The successful applicant will have a solid, stable background in quality and fine dining and will be used to cooking to a very high standard. You will be given all the necessary training and development to improve your skills under this award winning chef.
